In this month’s check in we will chat about what it means to start a new role virtually, whether you are an established associate who’s decided to make a lateral move, a junior starting your fist job ever, a LPP candidate, or an articling student. Starting a new role can be challenging and even more so when starting such a role virtually. In this check-in we’ll discuss how to assist colleagues or juniors to onboard virtually.
