WLAO members with younger children have expressed a desire for a discussion group focused in coping, entertaining, educating and generally keeping sane with children home 24/7. Some families are fortunate to have children enrolled in "summer day-camp-style" programs, and day-cares have re-opened in a few areas, but many have not been so lucky.

Please join fellow WLAO members and guests in an active discussion! Bring information to share in the Chat! Programs, crafts, places to visit, best wine when the kids finally go down for the night!

Discussion topics will include:
  1. How have you been dealing with working full-time from home with your children requiring your attention?
  2. Have you decided if your children will return to school or remain at home as the fall semester begins? How safe do you feel your children will be? Are you concerned about your own health if your kids are exposed to others on a daily basis? How confident are you in the system the Ontario Government has been promoting for back-to-school?
  3. Do you feel safe going to restaurants and other venues outside of your home?
